Cancel or don't show? 100% refunded. No retentions, no fine print. 1) Cancellation — free at any time before pickup: 100% refunded to your card. 2) No-show — if you never pick up the car, the booking is cancelled, you are refunded 100%. No deposit was ever held. No penalty of any kind. 3) If Rumvia cancels for any reason: full refund, plus we cover the difference on a comparable car.

No deposit — ever. Rumvia never charges or holds a deposit on your card. When you pay, we securely save your payment method with Stripe and, after your trip, we can only charge items published on our Charge Menu (tolls at actual cost, fuel, damages per the signed inspection). If it's not on the menu, we can't charge it.

Credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. You do not need a credit card. Rumvia never sees or stores your card number. Cash is not accepted.

US licences from any state, and foreign licences in Roman characters. For other alphabets, bring an International Driving Permit with your local licence. Minimum age 21, with no young-driver surcharge. The licence must still be valid after your return date.

After you pay, we review your licence photo — normally within 4 business hours. Your booking shows as "Pending verification", then "Verified" or "Rejected". If we reject it, we tell you the reason and refund in full if it cannot be resolved before pickup.

200 miles per day included, pooled across your rental (a 3-day rental gives you 600 miles). Extra miles are $0.35 each and appear on the Charge Menu — never as a surprise line.

Return the car with the same fuel or charge level as pickup. Otherwise the refill fee on the Charge Menu applies — $45 flat for gas, $25 for EV recharge below 20%. No per-mile fuel markup.

Every car ships with a SunPass transponder included free. Tolls (SunPass) are billed at actual cost after your trip, with no markup and no per-transaction admin fee. Nothing for tolls is charged up front.

A 29-minute grace period, then $50 per hour, capped at one extra rental day. Message us on WhatsApp if you're running late — telling us costs nothing.

All Rumvia cars are strictly non-smoking, including vapes. Smoking inside triggers the deep-clean fee of $250 from the Charge Menu, documented with the sealed return inspection.

Pets are welcome when transported in a carrier or with a seat cover. If the car comes back with hair or odour, the pet-clean fee of $120 applies — that's the whole charge.

1) Make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if anyone is hurt. 2) Call the police and get a report number — it is required for any claim. 3) Photograph the scene and the other vehicle. 4) Message Rumvia on WhatsApp at +1 305 310 4189 immediately; we take it from there. Never negotiate a private settlement on the roadside.

Included with every rental, 24/7, across South Florida: flat tyre, jump start, lockout and towing. One WhatsApp message to +1 305 310 4189 starts it. Assistance caused by misuse (wrong fuel, off-road, lost key) is billed at the Charge Menu price.
