How renting with Rumvia works
Five steps. No counters, no queues, no fine print. Here is exactly what happens, and who does what.
1 · Choose your car and dates
You
Pick the exact car you want, your pickup point (MIA, Miami Beach or Brickell) and your dates.

We show the full total up front — base rate, Florida sales tax (7%), the $2/day state surcharge, protection and any delivery fee. Nothing is added later.
2 · Upload your licence and pay securely
You
Fill the driver form, upload a clear photo of the front of your licence, and pay with credit or debit through Stripe.
Rumvia
We never see your card data — Stripe processes the payment. Your licence photo is stored privately and only our team can open it.
3 · We approve your licence
You
Nothing to do. You can follow the status in your account: pending review, approved or rejected.

A human reviews your licence, normally within 4 business hours. If something doesn't match, we tell you exactly what to fix — and you can always reach us on WhatsApp.
4 · Pick up with a double-signature inspection
You
Take six guided photos of the car (front, back, both sides, interior, odometer) and sign on your phone.
Rumvia
Our operator signs the same record. It is timestamped and sealed — neither side can edit it afterwards. That's your protection and ours.
5 · Return with zero surprises
You
Return the car with the same fuel level, repeat the same photo inspection and sign.
Rumvia
We compare both sealed records side by side. Anything charged must already be on the public Charge Menu — if it isn't on the menu, we can't charge it. There is no deposit to release — we never hold one.
