Cleanliness
Deep interior cleaning

Only when the interior needs professional cleaning — spills, sand, stains. Normal beach-day dust is on us.
Smoking / vaping in cabin

When it applies
Every Rumvia car is smoke-free. Applies only with physical evidence of smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
Pet hair removal

When it applies
Pets travel in a carrier. Applies only if hair removal is needed after the return inspection.
Fuel & Charge
Fuel refill service

Applies when the car comes back with less fuel than at pickup. Fuel itself is billed at pump price on top.
EV recharge (below 20%)

Electric cars come back at 20% or above. Below that, this flat recharge service applies.
Wheels & body
Curb rash — per wheel

Applies per damaged wheel when curb contact is visible in the return photos and absent in the pickup photos.
Door ding — per panel

Applies per affected panel, only for new damage documented by the double-signature photo comparison.
Windshield chip repair

Applies to a repairable chip. A full glass replacement is handled through the protection you selected, not this menu.
Tolls & tickets
Tolls (SunPass)

When it applies
The SunPass transponder is included free with every vehicle. You only pay the tolls you actually use, at cost.
Traffic ticket handling

When it applies
If a citation arrives after your rental, we charge only this handling fee; the fine itself is paid by you to the issuing authority.
Optional add-ons
Baby / child seat

Only if you add it to your booking before paying. Never pre-checked, never added at pickup.
Additional driver

Only if you add a second driver to your booking before paying. The additional driver must meet the same licence and age requirements.

Delivery & other charges
Delivery fee

Charged once for delivery and pickup at your chosen location: $50 at Miami International Airport (MIA), $35 at every other location. Always shown as its own line before you pay.
Lost or unreturned key

Unauthorized driver

Only if someone not listed on the booking drives the vehicle. Add additional drivers before pickup to avoid this.
Vehicle recovery / towing

Only if the vehicle must be recovered or towed due to abandonment, prohibited use, or failure to return.
Prices are per event and shown in USD. They are the same for every customer, every car and every date — they never change after you book, because your reservation stores its own sealed copy of this menu.
