Airport pickup with Rumvia is a meeting, not a counter queue. Here is exactly how it works.
1 · Book before you fly
Choose your exact car and your pickup time. Your total is fixed before you pay, and no deposit is ever charged or held.
2 · Message us when you land
Send us your terminal on WhatsApp as soon as you land. We confirm the meeting point and head over.
3 · Meet, photograph, sign
We walk the car together, take the condition photos, and both sign them on the spot. Then the keys are yours.
4 · Return the same way
Message us before you head back to the airport. We meet you, take the return photos and close the rental with you present.
Meeting point
We confirm the exact meeting point with you on WhatsApp once we know your terminal and arrival time.
Delivery fee
If your pickup location carries a delivery fee, it appears as its own line in your total before you pay — never added afterwards.
Tolls on the way out
Every car carries a SunPass transponder at no cost. After your trip we bill only the tolls you actually used, at cost, with no markup.
