The Guarantee
If a charge appears on your card that isn't on the Charge Menu, we refund it — plus a compensation credit. If we can't deliver the exact car you booked, we upgrade at our cost.
What we commit to, in writing
Not slogans. Four commitments with a defined consequence if we break them.
The exact car, or you don't pay
You get the make, model and year you booked — never "or similar". If that car is unavailable for any reason, you choose: a free upgrade to a higher category, or a full refund plus compensation for the disruption.
Nothing off the menu, ever
Every possible charge is published on the Charge Menu before you book, at a fixed price. If a cost is not on that menu, we cannot bill it to you — no admin fees, no processing fees, no discretionary charges.
Both signatures, or no claim
Condition is documented with photos and signed by you AND by our operator at pickup and at return. We cannot claim damage that isn't visible in the difference between those two sealed records — and neither can anyone claim you caused something already photographed at pickup.
No deposit — ever
Traditional rentals freeze $500 or more of your money for days. Rumvia holds nothing. Your card simply stays on file and can only be charged for items already published on the Charge Menu.
